Pressure

Gauge Pressure

Gauge Pressure transmitters compare a pressure relative to atmospheric measure.

Differential Pressure

Differential Pressure (DP) is defined as the difference between two pressures. Differential Pressure Transmitters use a reference point called the low-side pressure and compare it to the high-side pressure. Ports in the instrument are marked high-side and low-side.

Absolute Pressure

Absolute Pressure transmitters compare a pressure relative to Absolute pressure. Absolute pressure is always a positive value.

Diaphragm Seal System

Diaphragm Seal System can be used to measure liquid, gas, or steam flow as well as liquid level, density, and pressure.

Wireless Differential Pressure/Pressure Transmitters

Transmitters that can measure differential pressure, absolute pressure, and gauge pressure and transmit the signal to a base station remotely

Liquid Level

Liquid Level transmitters measure differential pressure to infer the level in a vessel.

Mass Flow (Multivariable)

There are several technologies on the market to measure mass flow. One is the Multi-variable Pressure Transmitter.

Multi-Sensing

A Multi-Sensing transmitter combines transmitters for Differential Pressure, Gauge Pressure, and Temperature into one field instrument.

Draft Pressure

Draft Pressure transmitters are a unique type of differential transmitter that is designed to measure small differences in very low static pressure environments.

Low Flow

Using Bernoulli's equation, Differential Pressure transmitters can be used to infer the flow of fluid through a pipe.

Hygienic Pressure Transmitters

Hygienic Pressure Transmitters are designed to fulfil the requirements of hygienic and pharmaceutical application.

Venturi Flow Meter

Venturi meters are flow measurement instruments which use a converging section of pipe to give an increase in the flow velocity and a corresponding pressure drop from which the flowrate can be deduced.

Flow

Magnetic Flow Meters

Electromagnetic flow meters, also called mag meters or magnetic meters. Magnetic Flow Meters are volumetric flow meters. Mag meter is ideal for wastewater applications, or any dirty liquid which is conductive or water based. Accuracy over a wide flow range can be as good as ± 0.5% of flow rate or better.

Turbine Flow Meters

A turbine flow meter is constructed with rotor and blades. Turbine flow meters use the mechanical energy of the fluid to rotate the rotor in the flow stream. Turbine flow meter is the most popular equipment to measure inline flow electronically. Turbine flow meters measure the velocity of liquids, gases and vapors in pipes. Such as hydrocarbons, chemicals, water, cryogenic liquids, air, and industrial gases. Turbine Flow Meters are easy to maintain, durable and versatile.

Vortex Flow Meters

"Vortex flow meters are suitable for measuring steam as well as a variety of liquids and gases. As fluid moves across a vortex meter shedder bar, vortices form. The frequency of the vortices shedding is proportional to the fluid velocity. Even for the steam flow rate, Vortex flow meters are the perfect choice. Pressure and Temperature compensation ensure measurement accuracy. When we use them to measure steam or gas flow in pipes with variable operating pressure and temperature."

Ultrasonic Flow Meters

Ultrasonic flowmeters measure the fluid flow rate in a pipe. With the sound waves transit time principle to determine the flow rate. Ultrasonic flow meters, with easy installation, could be clamp on, handheld, and portable. Ultrasonic meters are ideal for liquid applications. Like: water, wastewater, Fuel, applications or any dirty liquid in the pipe.

Mass Flow Meters

Mass Flow meters for all industrial flow measurement. Coriolis mass flow meters and Thermal mass flow meters. Coriolis Mass flowmeters are ideal for liquid flow measuring applications. And Thermal Mass flowmeters are for compressed gas applications. Thermal mass flow meters are available in types of in-line, insertion, and remote mount transmitter.

Oval Gear Flow Meters

Industrial Oval Gear Flow Meters are positive displacement type volume meters. Sino-Inst offers High temperature and high pressure types oval gear flow meters for special use. Oval Gear Flow Meters are suitable for chemical fluids, like: fuel oil, water. With the features like: easy installation, high precision, and better price.

Differential Pressure Flow Meters

Differential Pressure Flow Meters, also called DP flow meters. Differential pressure flow meters consist of flow sensors and pressure/differential transmitters. Flow sensors are the important part of differential pressure flow meters. Like: Orifice plate, Venturi tube, Wedge, V-cone and Averaging Pitot Tubes. Differential pressure (DP) flow meters are suitable for applicaitons, like: water, gas, steam, oil.

Rotameter - Variable Area Flowmeter

The Variable Area Flow Meter is one of the oldest and mature principles in flow measurement with its simple design: a float rises inside a conically shaped glass tube as the flow increases and its position on a scale can be read off as the flow rate. Since this measuring method is purely mechanic, it as simple as it is reliable.

Doppler Flow Meter

Doppler Flow Meters are a volumetric flow measaurement which require particulates or bubbles in the flow. Doppler flow meters are ideal for wastewater and slurry applications or any dirty liquid which is conductive or water based. Doppler flow meters will generally not work with distilled water or drinking water. Aerations would be required in the clean liquid applications. Doppler flowmeters are also ideal for applications where low pressure drop, chemical compatibility, and low maintenance are required.

Level Meters

The new DPharp EJX transmitters are the latest addition to the DPharp family's EJA series. DPharp EJX transmitters employ a next-generation multi-sensing technology that provides virtually the highest level of performance and precision in the market.

Level Transmitters

Gauge and differential pressure transmitters are reliable, cost effective instruments to measure the hydrostatic level of liquids, such as water or fuel, in vented or sealed tanks.

Radar Level Meter

The sensor measures the distance to the product by running time of the microwave. Liquids and solids are commonly measured with this measuring technique. This non-contact level measurement is not influenced by temperature, pressure or product properties.

Guided Wave Radar Level Meter

Microwave pulses are conducted along a cable or rod probe and reflected by the product surface. Liquids, solids and separation layers (interfaces) in liquids are commonly measured with this measuring technique.

Ultrasonic Level Meter

The sensor measures the distance to the product by running time of the ultrasonic pulses. This non-contact ultrasonic level sensors are ideal for simple standard applications, especially for liquids.

Multi-Phase Flow Meter

A multiphase flow meter is a device used to measure the individual phase flow rates of constituent phases in a given flow (for example in oil and gas industry) where oil, water and gas mixtures are initially co-mingled together during the oil production processes.
